How do I place an order?
Placing an order on our webshop is a simple process. Follow these steps to order your favorite products:
Step 1: Select your Products
Visit our website and choose the desired products. You can easily navigate through the categories to the desired product. You can of course also use the search bar at the top for this.
Step 2: Add to Cart
On the product page, choose the flavor or size you want and enter the quantity you want and click “Add to Cart.” – You will also see a confirmation on your screen.
Step 3: View your Shopping Cart
View your shopping cart by clicking on the icon at the top right. After this, an overview of your order so far will open. In the shopping cart, you can check the products, remove them and adjust quantities. You can also apply any vouchers or discount codes here.
Step 4: Checkout
Click "Checkout" to continue.
Step 5: Billing and Shipping Information
Enter your billing information and the address where the package should be delivered. To speed up the checkout process, you can also simply log in to your account and use the saved billing information from your account. You can also leave an order note for our team here. Please note: the delivery services will not see this note.
Step 6: Choose your Payment Method
Select your payment method.
Step 7: Confirm your order
Please check your details before placing your order. If it turns out afterwards that you have filled in something incorrectly, such as your address, you should contact luxorahealthcare@yahoo.com asap.
Step 8: Receive an Order Confirmation
You will receive an email confirmation of your order. In the confirmation you will see an overview of everything you have ordered and paid for. In addition, you will also receive a separate email with a Track & Trace code, as soon as your package is ready to be picked up by the delivery services.
Do I have to pay return costs?
Before returning a product, you must always report it first by contacting luxorahealthcare@yahoo.com . We use the following policy to reimburse the costs of returning.
Is it our fault, for example did we send you the wrong or broken product?
You will then receive 100% of the return costs back or we will create the return label for you ourselves.
Have you changed your mind or have another reason beyond our control?
Then unfortunately you have to pay for the costs of the return yourself. Unfortunately we are not responsible for the choices you make.

How long does it take for my return to be processed?
Before you return a product, you must always first report this by contacting l uxorahealthcare@yahoo.com . Depending on whether the products have already been returned to us, it takes 5-10 working days before a return is processed by us. We use fixed days for refunding money and for this the products to be returned must be in our possession again. In any case, you are assured of a quick and correct return with us.
